Bartling Crescent was delivered through xtrude’s vertically integrated approach. We managed the acquisition, design development, approvals, consultant coordination and overall delivery of the project.
Construction was completed by our in-house building arm, Design Build Develop. This allowed us to maintain direct control over the design intent, build quality, project costs and programme throughout construction.
Particular attention was given to the finishes, landscaping and finer architectural details, ensuring the completed homes felt cohesive and well resolved.
The sales campaign was managed in partnership with The Agency, with the project positioned to reflect its quality and point of difference within the local market.
