The brief centred on creating a home with a strong street presence, generous internal spaces and a warm, inviting feel throughout. From the beginning, there was a clear focus on balance, combining classic detailing and texture with a clean, modern layout suited to everyday living.
Natural light, material selection and a sense of openness were key drivers in shaping the overall design.
